why do men at my office brag to me so much. theyre always talking about some situation they were in where they were the badass or bragging about one of their hobbies. its fine, i have a decent amount in common and i dont mind just listening but i just want to know why.

>>43038356In a hard world people prove their merits to the tribe by talking about their exploits and victories. No dude is going to tell anyone e the story of how he got picked last at dodgeball, or how he tripped and at shit, or how his gf fucked his best friend. People want to tell the good stories that make them look good. It's normal and dosent really mean anything.Plus it's easy small talk for the workplace.
