>seeing girl i met from here

i like the regular view because i get a little snippet of the latest posts in a thread
i don't use browser extensions because i don't fucking know, i don't care. i've used this site this way so far, and i've never experienced anything i feel needs fixing. i don't want to "optimise" my 4chan experience. i click the board, i scroll the threads, i close the tab. simple as

am i a dipshit for using this site like a boomer? like are you all running extensions and minmaxxing your chan viewing experience? i'm curious how you lot use this site

she'll probably see this so: hi, yes i know, i use technology like a boomer.

Personally i have a veracrypt stored virtual machine on one of my remote hosts systems, i typically rust desk into that, then I use ssh tunneling and/or wireguard to connect to one of my implants ive installed various randos homes and public wifis. Its interesting how they fingerprint though. A few have been caught and taken down.

yeah but thats all nerd shite. i'm talking about "regular" people use of shit like browser extensions or whatever. i'm curious how many people are just rawdogging this site default style.

thanks for reminding me to do a drive shred and reinstall though

4chan x is good but i uninstalled because i shouldn't be coming to this shithole anyway
>>
I used to pimp the fuck out of my 4chan experience with bespoke style sheets, script extensions, the works. Now I rawdog it.

If you need external applications to use this site you're genuinely a fag. I've never under the obsession with needing mobile apps, the mobile site is perfect as is

this has always fascinated me. like i get the appeal, but it always seemed... useless? in a way?
like i use fully default gnome on my linux install because, idk. everything is where i think it will be, its clean and looks nice enough, and i don't like screwing around in menu configs and shit. to me its easier to adapt to a mediocre workflow, than it is to invest effort into crafting the "perfect" workflow. just interesting to see other people's views on it

>>43039032
respectable. i would do the same if i wasn't already rawdogging it. guess i just gotta stretch the ol' mental and stop using it the old fashioned way

I dont even use this site on pc anymore. I have a mobile app that I use to scroll boards when im bored. Do whatever works for you.

the times they are a changin

>>43039045
what did the extensions and shit do? styling it i get, fair enough, but people talk about custom scripts on websites and i feel like i'm listening to a foreign language

> "regular" people use
Are "regular" people with us in the room right now nona?
>>
>>43039255
note the scare quotes, implying that regular here is not meant in the conventional sense, and might be said with more specificity

ie, regular as in "regular by the standards of this board"
