how do i raise my pitch? im not a big talker, always was the quiet one ever since childhood, i use my voice maybe for like a combined total of 10 minutes daily and ive been trying to actually train all week but whenever i try to raise my pitch my voice just dissapears around 160hz and im releasing air soundlessly though my mouth instead of making any sound please help
