last week i got raided by police and arrested because i tried buying a gun. (uk btw, illegal).
in the interview when the officer asked why i told him because i get bullied a lot by transphobes so i wanted to shoot them then shoot myself.
they took all my devices and searched them for terroristic material, i got my devices back after 2 days they were surprisingly fast. then the inspector came to see me and said they're going to give me a caution they're satisfied im not a secret terrorist, but they say they feel i am radicalized and want to help me, so they've put me on a course for women to deal with traumas without falling on harmful behaviours and they've visited the transphobes i wanted to shoot and warned them to stay away from me or they're going to be arrested.
i found it nice that, they could have come down SO HARD on me but instead wanted to help me and have been out of characterly nice to me.
maybe the uk isnt so cooked? there seems to be good people in the system still on our side?

lmao you're on the prevent radar now, you're fucked
>>
>>43069408
yeah im waiting for a appointment with prevent
>>
>>43069396
Accepting a caution is legally equivalent to confessing guilt lmao, you just don't get punished
>>
>>43069414
Hope you don't ever apply for a job that needs a dbs check, anon
>>
>>43069414
i have a history with mental health services so my solicitor was worried if we take it to court i'd likely get sectioned again my solicitor advised me to accept the conditional caution and assured me the police want to help me
and they have been helpful so far
i think i got quite lucky. but, when you have gangs of transphobes harassing you constantly, honestly i really really really wanted to go on a spree killing. but they say im radicalized and im like wouldnt you be if you're just getting attacked 24/7
but they've gone and told them off and they've left me alone since ive been home they dont even say a word to me anymore so ig its all worked out
but i gotta do this course and talk to prevent
>>
>>43069433
it affects dbs? how?
>>
>>43069440
A caution is a formal warning for a criminal offence and they show up on dbs checks.
>>
>>43069448
oh. duty solicitor never told me that..
i dont think i'll have a job that needs dbs anyway i dont think. never knew that tho
>>
>>43069440
By accepting a caution you're saying yes I committed an offence, they show up on dbs
>>
>>43069454
Depending on what specific offence it should be removed from your regular dbs after 6 years but if you go into healthcare or something with vulnerable people with an enhanced check they'll be informed
>>
Honestly this is actually a p good result for planning a murder
>>
>>43069396
>get bullied a lot by transphobes so i wanted to shoot them then shoot myself.
Do they bully you in real life as well? I thought it was only on the internet.
>>
I vaguely remember a meme of this, a menhara is filling out a form at a gun shop:
>are you insane (yes) do you want to shoot people (yes) can I get another one I messed this one up
forget exactly the wording, anyone have a copy? it used to be a popular meme.
>>
>>43069396
You're about to be sent to a kindergarten with a shotgun to show chuddies that whitey and guns are evil.
>>
>>43069498
Seems pretty redundant in a country that essentially banned guns (despite parliament itself not being supportive initially) after a single school shooting.
>>
>>43069476
yeah i get assaulted a lot in my area. the police have asked the council to move me tho so i maybe getting moved somewhere safer soon after all this
>>
I once messaged a grindr troon who had a writing style a bit like you but I stopped because it pretty quickly became apparent that she had some kind of developmental delay and I didn't want to molest someone slow
>>
>>43069530
>get beat up
>police decide to make you move
>guy who beats you up gets to stay
what is wrong with your country?

here you go
>>
>>43069530
Only verbal harassment, or physical as well?
>>
>>43069396
How long have you been on HRT?
>>
>>43069545
perfect
>>
>>43069552
3 years, they treated me like any other girl in custody i have no complaints about my treatment

>>43069546
physical, i get punched sometimes

>>43069543
yeah.. doesnt seem fair. but they have warned them and its up to me to call police in future if they harass me again.
when they found out hte reason why i was feeling the way i was and wanting to do what i wanted to do they just feel i should be moved somewhere safer without gangs of chavs

>>43069540
well they did get me an appropriate adult. ig im a lil retarded
>>
>>43069599
I thought chav culture was dead.
>>
>>43069623
no they're still everywhere. they just call themselves "roadmen" or whatever now and think they're black for some reason
>>
>>43069599
>somewhere safer without gangs of chavs
umm does that exist in your country?
>its up to me to call police in future if they harass me again
i hope this didn't make it illegal to just ignore them and go about your day without involving police (calling police on somebody who beats you up seems like it would encourage them to beat you again which i'm sure the police would like and you would find more than a little uncomfortable)
>>
>>43069633
Are you from one of those rust-belt towns in Northern England? Are the biggest cities safer?
>>
>>43069633
theyre still just chavs. i live in the north (notts)
>>
>>43069434
saying things online like this, after everything you told us, probably isn’t the best idea anon
>>
Police offer a caution when they aren't confident they can easily secure a conviction lol
>>
>>43069662
yeah don't do that it's best to ignore people like that so you don't encourage them
>>
>>43069396
Why are there so many optics nuke threads of tranny acquiring guns illegally lately? I smell psyop
>>
>>43069691
no i really dont recommend it. i was surprised at how fast they found out and raided me
it was traumatic, but on that particular day i was just at my wits end
it was stupid and i regret it now

point of the thread was, they came down very very very light on me and it seems theres some in the system at least who aren't simply out to get us
>>
>>43069711
>get attacked over and over again
>police arrest you
>police don't care about attackers
>thank the police
look i'm glad you didn't kill anyone and especially yourself that would be horrible and isn't a good idea but don't kid yourself that they've helped you here
>>
>>43069682
they told me if it goes to court im likely going to be sectioned again and go back into hospital so they were offering the conditional caution to avoid that and have me do a course to help me
duty solicitor seemed quick to accept it so i didnt have a reason to question it
my appropriate adult said i should take the caution too rather than risking a section

i mean its not so bad is it. i got told not to do it again, call the police in future when im in trouble instead of trying to buy guns online, and do the course and engage with prevent
>>
>>43069726
A caution is literally the best thing that could have happened here
>>
>>43069396
British authorities don't mind murder and terrorism, it's only having the wrong kinks or watching tv without a license they come down on hard like 1984
>>
>>43069738
it was that or a mental hospital for 6 months.
>>
.......................why did you admit to them that you wanted to commit a mass murder-suicide

actually I am glad you admitted it so that it could be prevented but also if you did it you were going to end up on the news and worsen trans people's optics even more

there are ways to deal with those people without killing them. do not kill people
>>
>>43069859
they already had the evidence was no point denying it. they searched all my devices they already knew how i felt.
i just saw the opportunity in the interview to say WHY i felt the way i did.
andt bf its not really murder is it, its transphobes constantly trying to kill us at that moment of time i felt suicidal and i was like why shouldnt i take evil people with me?? kinda thing.
but the person i tried buying the gun off contacted their police who traced me and contacted my police.
im glad it didnt come to that either because now im calm i know it was stupid and would have ruined my life and also as you say would have made trans look bad more in media.
>>
>>43069885
obviously those horrible people do deserve consequences for what they're doing but it would still probably count as murder

idk but yeah don't kill yourself and/or others it is not worth it and also when you die you permanently stop existing and that is actually bad, you return to what you were before you were born and some consider that reassuring but that is actually bad because it's completely eternal
>>
>>43069891
What's wrong with eternity though?

May I ask what you have going on mentally? Autism, schizophrenia? Not trying to be rude just curious. You have a bit of a schizo affect when typing
>>
>>43070089
i was sectioned a couple of years ago and was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder and c-ptsd. mental health team also suspects autism but i havent been assessed for that yet as they kinda wanna treat the other stuff first thats causing the most problems before moving onto other stuff
>>
>>43070148
>>43070089
im having a mental capacity assessment soon tho as at the station the appropriate adult after spending time with me asked if ive ever had my mental age tested and the police want that assessed
so basically hte appropriate adult thinks im a little backwards
>>
>>43069472
the good result would've been succeeding but this is definitely the second best
>>
>>43070312
what
>>
>>43072483
the good result would've been murdering transphobes
