You would submit that claim so both the judge and OC can review and discuss. Courts are not judge judy zinger shouting matches. The judges decorum wasn’t perfect but frankly it wasnt bad either. She threw her damn phone and tried to lie about it. Worse she had a pretty good emotional argument being made that the judge was clearly about to accept and then couldnt even handle the obvious objection that the judge would have likely overruled. Terrible advocate for her client. I was not shocked to read she has closed her practice. She should not be a lawyer.
