i pass better when i wear glasses, but i have to wear contact lenses because my autistic sensory issues make me prone to getting annoyed or straight up crying if i can feel something on my nose or i see the edges of the glasses frames in my peripheral vision

>>43077819you could probably get used to it if you force it. i used to be that way about denim and am often that way about new textures then i find after a couple weeks it just fades into the background. i was thinking about this recently because they told me to stop wearing my contacts for 30 days at a time because my brand is being discontinued(i didnt tell them i wear em for 6 months to a year before switching lol). i was thinking of changing to glasses cause i hate hate hate hate waking up blind and having to walk to the bathroom to put in contacts.
