Hi /lgbt/, I'm a bottom looking for advice on how to be clean for sex. I get a decent amount of fiber in my diet and I also been eating probiotic foods for digestive health. I've been following a lot of health influencers and trying to eat healthier in general and avoid red meat but I just can't get clean. I'm kind of new to this and everyone just says "high fiber" and doesn't elaborate.

For breakfast, I usually eat oatmeal, greek yogurt with fruit and granola, eggs with turkey bacon (if I have time), or a homemade kefir and spinach smoothie and I also supplement spirulina and take a fiber supplement like picrel before work.

For lunch most days, since I get one free menu item per day from work, I eat a chipotle salad with super greens, the new chicken al pastor (it's really good), and brown rice and extra beans for fiber. On my days off I usually just keep it light and snack on some oysters, sardines, fruit and nuts, egg or tuna salad sandwich with homemade kimchi, a spinach salad with feta cheese and fruit, some broccoli and carrots in ranch, or something from my microgreens/sprouts setup.

For dinner I have a variety of things I rotate in and out. I'll usually eat a baked potato (air fryer) with sauerkraut, taco salad, sauteed mushrooms and onions, a goat cheese and mushroom omelette, salmon with asparagus, cabbage soup, lentil soup, or really whatever I can find on pinterest and tiktok, and then follow it up with some sprouts.

Before bed I treat myself with hot chocolate with raw milk (for more probiotics) that I get locally, and if I can't sleep I'll take a couple shots of organic tequila but I try to avoid doing this most nights.

Despite all the probiotics and fiber I have constant gas, diarrhea, and I'm never clean. I shit on my boyfriend's dick every time we have sex and I've had to throw out so many sets of sheets and underwear lost to diarrhea and I'm just really embarrassed. Also please do not suggest I wear a diaper, that's gross.

What color is it? What consistency (fully liquid, very soft, soft blobs)? How does it smell? Have you had normal bowel movements before? If so, what were you eating then? Any history of stomach or bowel problems with you or your family? Have you seen a doctor about it?

is this diet like a normal thing or have you been changing it constantly to try to be clean? If you are just now adding all the fiber, which from your post, the only things that are truly high in fiber are the beans/lentils and nuts, you will be surprised about how little fiber trad veggies have. men need around 30g of fiber for 2000 calories. I would bet you get around 18-22g of fiber if you tracked it.
And I think the easiest thing you can try is limiting the dairy, you might be a little lactose intolerant.

I was never lactose intolerant growing up. I used to eat cereal with milk every day and never had any issues. Idk why it would suddenly cause issues, especially after switching to an even more natural and healthy form of milk

Listen you said you are already eating kimchi and yogurt, and even kefir. The probiotics you think is in the raw milk is not worth the possible bacteria. If you really want to get some probiotics from your milk look for low temp pasteurization milk, as that preserves some of the probiotics compared to regular pasteurization.

Try not eating the raw milk for 2 weeks and see how it goes. while keeping every thing the same

It sounds like your gut got colonized by bad bacteria, probably after you finished an antibiotic treatment. The smell, lack of history, sudden onset, and color indicate this. You need to see a doctor, because the treatment tends to be specific antibiotics followed by probiotics to recolonize your gut with good bacteria. Orange or yellow poop indicates your digestive tract is moving it along way too quickly and your large intestines have no time to absorb the liquid, and the bacteria that are supposed to break down biliverdin (green) all the way to stercobilin (brown) either aren't there or don't have time to do so. Stay hydrated and take probiotic supplements if a doctor is not an option.

I did take antibiotics for a tooth infection awhile back. I don't have health insurance so seeing a doctor isn't an option. Maybe I do just need more probiotics. Maybe I'll just increase the raw milk intake instead of cutting it out because I'm only drinking one glass per night so it probably isn't enough to help and add in an extra probiotic supplement, thanks nona

Go to an urgent care or walk in clinic. A lot of places will see you for under $100. If this does go away on its own, it will probably take a while. You really should see a doctor because they'll be the only ones that can prescribe the appropriate treatment. Good luck!
