Depends on the place within the country. California is really good and has public insurance access for trans healthcare. Which is why poor trannies here get like electrolyisis, ffs, srs, vfs, etc. Versus like Tennessee who has a public list of trannies for people to go hunt. It's very inconsistent in a lot of countries, but like yeah compared to Saudi Arabia or some other backwards non-western country Tennessee is still better. Doesn't mean we can't complain about it. Also Nordics do suck ass for trannies, better in all other aspects of life but still ass for trannes. Most of Europe is ass for trannies when compared to a progressive American state. If you're gonna pick a western country, try to pick a really good area for trannies (meaning they have good trans healthcare coverage in their public health system, including at least hair removal and ffs, not just srs) if you're a tranny.
