Got FFS. The surgeon went too heavy on my brow and now I don't look related to my parents anymore. I think needed more brow than he left to balance out my features out. All in all it feels like I went from a 6-7/10 striking andro to a 3/10 female.

I went to a good surgeon, my face is going to look okay once the swelling fully goes away. I just thought I was going to look like a feminine version of myself, not look like a different person. I didn't sign up for the ego death (but I will learn to have fun with it)
>>43094001I think before you go into surgery, you should ask yourself if it is more important to look female or more important to look like yourself. If you go to a good surgeon, you run a very high risk of coming out looking female, but you also run the risk of not retaining parts of your face you identified with.
>>43093795This is basically the only thing preventing me from getting FFS. I pass fine in day to day life, never been clocked by a normie, all that good stuff. But there are still features I could be happier with... but I'm also afraid of not looking like me.
