I had one as a coworker before I transitioned, and you physically feel the tension because of how envious they were. The testosterone makes them incapable of handling their dicklessness with grace, so their psychodrama has a way of leaking out into interpersonal drama instead of blatant self-destruction like MtFs. There's also the fact that most of them have a pathological need to pass or for you to lie to them and tell them they pass. I had a friend get clocked by a well meaning ally, and the ally, when asked, was honest about clocking them, and my FtM friend wouldn't talk to them for like two months. They're just extremely insecure, and unlike a lot of the MtFs I know who are painfully aware of the fact they'll be hons, a lot of FtMs tend to be fucking retarded and emotionally incapable of handling their post-transition reality.
