Cis women who are considered ugly or naturally more "masculine" DO idealize the concept of being a beautiful woman in the way described in OP's picture. "autogynephilic" trans women are usually just experiencing what any woman would experience upon being put into a male body. It's the same thing with men. Cis men strive to be more masculine and trans men who exhibit autoandrophilia are just reacting to being men in feminine bodies.
