Hello, from what I gathered on how I should exercise to lose weight and build my body, I learned that I should do cardio daily, and exercise in a rotational cycle, one day I do my bottom, then next day my core, 3rd day my upper body, and 4th day I stretch my body and then the cycle restarts would this, what I described be a good way to transform my body? I am on hrt.

just become hell depressed and broke and rot in your room like the rest of us

That sounds pretty solid and is very similar to what I do too. Avoid shoulders as much as possible when you do upper body though. Big trapezius and deltoids make people look way more masculine and those muscles take years to atrophy even if you don't work them out at all

*also to add, cardio every day will be really good especially if you're lifting too

You should really add some kind of weight or resistance to your routine

I do some of it, but it is not my main focus.

I dont do upper body at all, only lower body, legs abs and daily cardio

And stretch daily, its not the same as exercise

I am not doing any heavy lifting with my upper body, I'm just doing some exercises that are meant to tone it. by stretching I mean increasing my mobility.

depends on your starting point and goals yeah?
