Don't worry about the details though, when you speak to a FFS surgeon it's not like you walk in one day and then the next day you are on the operating table. You will have a lot of time to discuss with them and they will tell you what they think will help.

At the end of the day though, unless you go to an actual butcher even if you don't get 100% of what you want from the surgery it will most likely be an improvement. Just don't expect a new face, most likely you are gonna look like a taller version of your mother.
