I’ve been using over the counter estrogen creams and phytoestrogens for a few years now, gotten some results. I’m a man moder in my 30s, never gonna pass, still need to present as male at work. Guess I’m more nonbinary technically, still want to perhaps father children some day, still want to be physically strong enough to handle anyone who wants to do some queer bashing. Is the real stuff going to be worth it? Is even a microdose of the real stuff going to be noticeably stronger than otc? I’m interested in hearing from anyone who’s gone from diy/ phyto to pharma hrt
