I think there's a lie by omission whit this question in the one is waiting for their life to start, I present fem and do most of the same things I use to do because I'm true trans and don't get caught with my brainworms. I don't think I can be stealth, but I've had people tell me that there's a chance I could be in a few years. The people who don't want to be out will do what they want and the same for people that are visible, none of this shit matters.

Cut myself

I used to pass when ana, gained a normal amount of weight and now strangers clock me daily. Now I'm not sure what to do besides try not to rope. Insurance covered FFS but the surgeon was a novice and didn't actually do much besides peel my face on and off, but insurance already rejected getting a revision covered.

Now I just try to focus on a job I really enjoy and dissociate from my body / reactions of normies :( gets a little harder every day tho
