Well there are three reasons. The first one is tranny culture. So many trannies are just awful: fuck around, take drugs, live in filth, etc. and the worst thing glorify that lifestyle and encourage that in others. I know it's just coping because they know their life is miserable, but it's still destructive. Seeing people I genuinely cared about being dragged down, getting addicted and becoming completely unrecognizable is hard
Second there is the general misery. All trannies have their issues, and when dysphoria hits they are just completely miserable. At first I thought maybe I can help them, but no you can't. They are broken and will always be. It might get less frequent over time but even for trannies that were like 5-10 years in transition, they still get their dysphoria episodes. And in the end it's just extremely draining and if your partner is miserable you are.
Lastly, because of the aforementioned reasons trannies are undatable. And while I could still just do hookups I figured it makes me miserable, so I decided to only have sex in a relationship which means no more trannies.

Well most trannies are in other tranny communities. I personally always avoided the toxic trannies (drug use is a massive red flag for me) but I have seen this multiple times happening, a trans girl with a really well going transition meets some other trannies from some discord server, and they get them to take drugs together and soon they hit rock bottom
Being part of these groups I've witnessed multiple ODs and suicides.

The problem I found is that you cannot select for mental stability. I've had multiple times that when meeting a tranny she pretended to have a normal and stable life, regularly meeting friends, being well off with her parents, etc. After a while I realized most of that were lies because she wanted to seem more datable and those stories she told from friends and family were all either pre transition or stories she has heard from others.
I've seen this unfold exactly like that with 4 different trannies.

That said, if I meet someone and it works out and it turns out she is a tranny I would not reject her. But I will not seek one out.

It's literally just cope and escapism. Sex and drugs make them feel less miserable and then they spin a story around why this is not an issue.
But the biggest problem I see is when they manipulate or pressure other especially early transition trannies to take part in sexual activities. And then pretend like it's normal that sometimes you have to "convince" someone of having sex
