You're going to have to wait at least three months to see what changes you'll find on the other side, and even then they wont be big changes for years. Some people have lots of good luck with IPL, and SOME people get mild help from things like salicylic or hyaluronic acid but it's a really low strength treatment that might take months just to lighten the follicles output. Don't try to suffer through depilatory chemicals anymore, bad reactions like that can fester and get infected if the burns are bad enough and even the people who can tolerate them are risking their health with regular use. Waxing might be better for the larger areas, esp if it's hard to reach with sumn like an ipl

You get better at shaving. You need to use aftershave and girly shave products. Their stuff works better than man stuff. Though in my opinion, brut works best as aftershave and that's clearly a man product.A safety razor(this thing) works better than the plastic 6 blade razors, but it is a higher skill razor. You need to angle it properly. Think of the top as where it should rest on your skin, and then you lean it down until it actually cuts hair.

I still get myself on the like tendons on the back of my knees and on my shins from time to time. OP needs to wait for the injections to work though.
