You can unplug your computers and everything from the network / disconnect the router after you've done so - if you choose to go that route the restraining order is the first thing you need to do.If you're worried about being tracked, you can get a second cellphone or have a friend buy one for you, then transfer the number to the new phone or just have a new number.
