How does one unthink thoughts? That way I'll be able to close Pandora's Box and forget about transitioning
>>
one of the things stirner was unironically correct about: "you do not think to think a thought." i.e. thoughts from the perspective of the subject are ex nihilio. so by the same token you cannot unthink a thought by thinking because the thought was never thought by thinking in the first place. i am sorry OP

every row of panels is synthesized by the first panel of the following row, and the last panel refers to the first. someone (a human) put a lot of thought into this

things like theology and meditation is good for unthinking, however, pandoras box was you. your thoughts didn't open it, they closed it. when you opened it, that was you unthinking those thoughts. you unwittingly gave in and stared the devil in the face, and then you became the devil. it is impossible to return from that, it was fate

it's over, op

fml. I can't find any counter arguments to that.
If you can't unthink a thought by thinking, is there it possible to unthink it by not thinking anymore?

better to reign in hell than serve in heaven
>>
>>43163982
well, to me, it's not a logical argument. thoughts don't come from thinking, they come from emotions (something stirner never thought). you should ask yourself why you feel as you do, not how to unthink the thoughts that result from the feelings
>>
>>43163999
>you should ask yourself why you feel as you do
That's the crux of the issue though. I don't know why I feel this way. I've been trying to find the source of these feelings ever since they appeared, and I've never managed to find reason that felt sufficient to explain them away
>>
>>43163970
I'm not quite sure I follow your analogy.
>pandoras box was you
How am I the box?
>your thoughts didn't open it, they closed it. when you opened it, that was you unthinking those thoughts.
What?
>>
>>43163875
I wish I didn't have to
>>
I am very against closing pandora's box, just FYI, but the key to unthinking thoughts is not connecting to them. You remember everything that's ever happened to you. But you can't access everything randomly. You only access things when they are relevant. If you cut off the pathway to an old memory by cutting off the associations, it gets lost like a memory leak.

holy shit, its seven from deadlock

i hope your quality of life worsens

>I am very against closing pandora's box, just FYI
Why are you against it if you gave an actionable way to close it, or rather how to forget it exists?
>>
>>43164859
Because I don't want to be at the mercy of a box. Better it stay open and we learn to live with the nightmares inside than become soft because all the challenges are locked inside.
>>
>>43164781
Doesn't the hate exhaust you?
>>
>>43164904
That sounds reasonable, but is it really not possible to forget of it's existence until you're not at it's mercy anymore?
>>
>>43164904
theres such a thing as opening the box too much- ketamine+amphetamine gave me a 3 month long psychosis which forcibly opened every box that i had tried to repress/close/deny and a bunch i wasn't even aware of & now im stuck in an endless hell of intrusive thoughts and degeneracy- you dont need to tape the box shut forever but you want to be able to fold it closed temporarily when needed; always open all the time is a million-needles-in-the-face nightmare
>>
>>43165810
That both sounds like hell and like something I desperately need
>>
>>43166643
yeah it de-brainwormed me in like 2 months what i had spent 12 years prior struggling to concretely change. if you are going to do it i recommend using 2-fdck & meth, shouldnt need more then a few grams of each. if you do go this route avoid (((psych)))) meds like the plague, they just are a different kind of repression that make you an actual retard- once you go full psycho theres no undoing the changes to your mental state, instead it becomes a game of trying to hide your enlightenment from the normies. don't do it lightly but it's significantly more satisfying then killing yourself.
