Getting access to HRT when they wont even give a person antibiotics in many cases is unrealistic. Also, dental care exists but its basically like "you need a crown? nope, we're just pulling the tooth, heres ibuprohpen for a day, next!". Anything beyond a basic ass filling is "tooth pulled". Complex filling? Tooth pulled in most cases.
