What's a realistic timeline for losing 20 pounds?
>>
maybe 2 weeks if you're a lardo with alot to go
>>
whats your starting weight

1% of your total weight per week is realistic

150

When I was in full weight loss mode it took like 2 months to lose that. You can do it faster but that seemed reasonable without starving myself.

If you're doing daily exercise and are in a calorie deficit of about 750 (give or take depending on your regular calorie intake), then maybe 3/4 months if you can keep at it?
>>

You can do it in 20 days if you have an iron will (assuming youre not fat if youre fat its easy)
>>
2% a week is a good cutoff, above that you're just making yourself excessively skinnyfat
>>

1lbs/week on a 500kcal deficit is healthy
>>

It entirely depends on how used you are to fitness cycles, your current diet and, if you already struggle with food, how much you want to keep it off
