it's been 8 mo. 4 weeks since starting diy estrogen, I don't know where my levels are at for injections since I haven't done any blood work but now I wake up feeling super sleepy and get stuck in a cycle of just going back to sleep a lot. I note lower energy during the day too. Feels a bit scary. Is this a major concern? I was going to go to urgent care to get a hormone panel done but it's Easter and everything closes soon

This is not that rare and it typically resolves itself. Are there other symptoms that come from it? Difficulty breathing, dizziness, etc?

There is a link between estrogen and vitamin D issues.

Not really any difficulty with anything else. I've had a few instances of feeling really physically weak during the night but I think that was just low blood sugar.
There was one instance where my heart was really racing one time and I had the inverse problem of not being able to go to sleep so I lowered my dose from that.
Moreso, just a notable lack of energy that's crept into my life and sometimes not being able to get up on time. I'm only on E mono, no prog or AA.

I take Vitamin D supplements and iron too (although I need to take both tonight)
