will trans acceptance in america increase when the democrats win the 2028 presidential election? will the US reach the same level of trans acceptance as other first world countries?
>>
It will continue to go down because the billionaires funding hate campaigns have fully infiltrated every aspect of administration

The president may not be in office but the millions of people he hired and put in school boards, letter agencies, state level government positions, etc, all have permanent consequences

Given that states are now full on making it felonies to even use a bathroom - no - it will not get better and we will very likely have a constitutional crisis/balkanization/war over this

I love the inherent self-own of only caring about whether AMABs are accepted.
>do you think males should have extra rights? Y/N
>>
>>43173661
Democrats have done nothing to actually support trans people. The only reason why trans support would grow under a Democrat government is if the people who voted for the Democrats got tired of the Republicans talking about us all the time, but our lives are the smallest nonissue in the world for Democrats.

>when the democrats win the 2028 presidential election
Actual retard
>>
>>43173661
think we should just sacrifice amerikikes and make trump build a great firewall like in china, convince him it's just like the mexico thing but digital and yuge
>>
>>43173661
but i just saw a thread about finland being the most transphobic place on earth, whose bs do i believe?
>>
>>43176296
>finland being the most transphobic place on earth
what
>>
>>43176296
medical system is transphobic asf
regular people are fine
>>
>>43173681
the billionaires fund DEI tranny psyops to atomize the population, cause strife, and prevent solidarity anon. you are not oppressed
>>
>>43176296
It's the medical system that's horrific.

But also poll data doesn't reflect material reality lmao.
>>
>>43173661
No, it's over.
>>
>>43176853
>>43176892
i find it very difficult to believe there isn't a big overlap between the medical standards and public opinion. if nothing else wouldn't people demand improvements if it was so important to them?
>>
>>43176954
>i find it very difficult to believe there isn't a big overlap between the medical standards and public opinio
nta but there isn't
medical gatekeeping is done by the authorities in many places where trans acceptance among the public is the highest
>>
>>43176954
most people's actions aren't going to be influenced by trans people. if your opinion on a minority is good, that doesn't mean you're going to go spend your free time looking into their rights or attending protests. it just means that when you see them, you're going to treat them well.

Medical access for trans care for adults in the US, even in red states, is better than plenty of European countries. They don't really correlate.

While Bongland puts you on a 5 year wait-list, Finland instead abuses you for 5 years.
>>
>>43173705
>muh hecken moidzz
kys raped lolcowfoid
>>43176954
the medical system is puppeteered by a group of loons that can be counted on one hand. They are too rich and influential to face any pushback
>>
>>43177079
>While Bongland puts you on a 5 year wait-list, Finland instead abuses you for 5 years.

What does Finland do thats abusive?
>>
>>43176954
just because normies think transwomen are women doesn't mean they're suddenly gonna protest for their rights and shit, they're usually not even aware there's any problems in the first place
there's very few places where this shit correlates ie. poland is on the bottom of the list here but has decent access to care compared to other eu countries (which is not good lol). best is probably france which is in the middle which checks out
>>
>>43173661
if trans acceptance is so good in finland and so bad in poland, how come it's so much easier to get hrt and change your legal sex in poland than it is in finland?
>>
>>43177894
literally right under my post man
>>
>>43176954
this survey basically just determines how polite people are
northern europeans are polite, so they respond with what they perceive to be the polite option on a survey
if northern europeans weren't transphobic then their systems wouldn't be transphobic.
>>
>>43177927
Is it true a more rude a society is, the more everyday transphobia encountered?
>>
>>43177975
is that a rhetorical question?
>>
>>43177990
No, sincere.
>>
>>43178026
I'm sure you can figure that out
>>
>>43177975
>>43177990
It's more complex than that, some societies are grumpy and skeptical but also make people keep to themselves
Meaning they might not like you, but they won't cause you issues
>>
>>43178026
yes people in rude societies are more rude
>>
>>43178053
>>43178052

So why isnt France the worst nation to be trans? Or Holland? Both places are very rude, in my own humble personal experience
>>
>>43178146
because politeness doesn't determine how transphobic a society is
for example, see the chart op posted
>>
no i say give it a decade before people get normal about trannies again. though a feel like a more popular position will be "they are not women, but that doesn't mean they are men"
>>
>>43173781
I mean, they haven't done enough, but here in Michigan our (D) government has made it easier and easier to change your name, allows you to not just get a replacement birth certificate but have the original "sealed" (not sure if this is common or how secure it is), and IIRC they've pledged to continue upholding trans rights. Queer rights in general in Michigan are and have been pretty good despite it being a purple state lately. (If I wasn't from here I'd have a hard time believing there are idiots at the same latitude as southern Ontario who fly Confederate flags, but here we are, and my rights still feel pretty secure.)
>>
>>43176954
are you 12?
>>
>>43178189
That's still dehumanisation
>>
>>43173661
Trannies became public enemy #1 as backlash against Biden shilling them so hard. So no.
>>
>>43173661
It will depend on the 2028 nominee's stances on trans people and what they manage to do generally.
