You should take that suggestion with a grain of salt though. How long the estrogen lasts in your body and the time it takes to reach its peak after injecting varies by ester.
For example, estradiol valerate should be injected every 4 to 5 days because it reaches its peak faster and lowers quicker, while enanthate can be dosed weekly. Undecylate can be dosed monthly.
Esters that need to be injected more often will run out quicker.

There’s no agreement for what optimal levels are, but the most important thing is that t levels are nuked and e2 should at least be in cisf range, with some recommending even higher in the 300-400 range.
