Woah im 5'11" 195 mtf and im not even fat just athletic. Me personally id like to be down to 150-160 and even that is really pushing it imo

Try some calorie-dense shakes. My t4t gf was 5'6" 110lbs pre-hrt and now shes up to 145 just off of eating more and drinking high-calorie protein shakes. You need to put on some weight so your body can distribute it to the feminine parts of your body
