ratio to hips matters a lot more. im 5'7 with a 23.5 bmi and a 32.5 underbust. it's in the female range for my height and weight and it's not what holds me back

When I started my hips were at 32," my BMI must have been 19, and my waist was 29-30" Now my hips have gained 4 inches, my waist gained 2 inches and my underbust has stayed the same...I'm going to join the local queer volleyball club and try to gain some lower body muscle, now that I have put on a healthy bit of fat. Slowly but surely I'm getting a less dysphoric body shape, but damn I wish I could afford surgery to fix my ribcage.
