A lot of people have naturally oilier skin and you can't ever fix it 100% so don't plan to. One of my best friends has oily skin and she just compensated by using specific cosmetics that aren't too moisturizing. Idk what all she uses because my skin isn't super oily but it's a lot of powder based stuff that doesn't work good for dry skin types
