Encourage him to instead go on a true bulk like the bodybuilders do—eating at an intentional surplus, gaining mostly muscle but also potentially a bit of fat. Then later he can cut, losing fat while trying to keep as much muscle as possible. That’s how nattys make progress.But this is where your wiles come in. Push the bulk hard. Make it easy and convenient for him to eat a lot of good, nourishing food. Encourage him on his progress constantly. Tell him how he’s getting hotter and hotter. Throw sex at him constantly.There is a 50% chance he will never cut. I’ve seen it time and time again—bros love the big feeling, hate to see the numbers go down, and cutting just plain sucks in terms of how it makes you feel. So you may have to do nothing at this point at all. If he does start to cut, you could deliberately sabotage ofc, but it will probably be enough to just not go out of your way to help. Cutting is a massively uphill battle for most. If bulking is made giga easy and cutting is left hard…well, over time you’ll get what you want.

For whatever it’s worth, this much muscle is definitely achievable natty if you don’t mind carrying more fat than me.As far as forearms, I don’t train them specifically. But I do a lot of heavy compound lifts, including pull exercises that necessarily work forearms. E.g., heavy pullups, rows, deadlifts, shrugs, etc.
