voice training is the most important thing for passing
>>
>>43237005
Only zoomers do this. Zoomers are used to instant gratification because of they damn iphone. Voice training takes time and requires failure.
>>
Agreed!
>t. voiceluckshit who never trained
>>
>>43237005
I just don't know where to start and I don't pass anyways so there's no real rush
>>
>>43237005
if im never going to body pass anyways whats the point
>>43237047
yeah pretty much
>>
>>43237014
>requires failure
that's why i'm always-already half-finished with anything!
>>
>>43237005
Smoking cigars since I was 14, I get ID for anything over 18+ despite being 30, until I open my mouth and sound like a broken 40 year old man.
>>
>>43237005
they’re too lazy to put the effort in
>>
>>43237005
because it’s hard and embarrassing while not training is easy. only time i’ll say the current generation is lazier than the last

because 90% of people are retarded and lazy as fuck. give trannies a break demographically theyre doing the best out of all humanity TBHON. if you have adhd its a mindfuck how completely used to people are to just being the most lazy fuckers and never doing anything theyre not used to (braindead 9/5 jobs dont count you're still spiritually a lazy bastard, people get those so they dont need to worry about having free time anyways). most people give up within 1--2 weeks of learning an instrument if they ever even try because doing anything that required literally any grace or coordination made their head explode. im literally perplexed by how some people manage to avoid all cynicism sometimes

this, but i'd like to add that on top of most people being lazy and retarded, they also lack ambition and conviction, and are very deep in this extremely loser-coded idea that what you can or can't do is natural rather than a result of practice.

your example of musical instruments really struck me because i've had SO. FUCKING. MANY. people be completely amazed that i can play an instrument and say that i'm so "talented", when in reality what they're seeing has nothing to do with talent and everything to do with the fact that i've sat in front of a piano for thousands and thousands of hours, and had a guitar in my lap for probably dozens of thousands of hours. and then they get even more amazed when i tell them i've never took classes but am self taught and they say they could never ever do that. but if i could, why can't they? i'm not special.

it's like the majority of people genuinely believe that you can't just LEARN something, that someone else (who has the inherent skill and talent) has to do it for you, teach you by force, and even then only those who "have the talent" can learn. yet we all learned to read and write? we all learned to walk? we all learned to speak our native tongues fluently? so why the fuck couldn't you learn guitar or learn to sound like a female?

i've heard so many trannies say that "voice training doesn't work for me" as if it's something that could magically work for some people but not others, rather than being a result of one person putting in the fucking effort and another giving up at the moment of earliest inconvenience. if i put down the guitar as soon as it felt difficult i wouldn't be able to play guitar. instead i kept practicing despite it feeling difficult all the fucking time until it no longer did, and then i found new ways to challenge my self and praticed that for thousands of hours until it felt easy. same thing with voice.

i've given up trying to change them.
>>
>>43237014
nah im millennial with a shit voice, im just adhd and retarded
>>
>>43237282
>i've heard so many trannies say that "voice training doesn't work for me
different anon but ya voice training literally works for everyone. it’s about how much effort you’re willing to put in
>>
>>43237336
yes, just like sitting down at the piano and doing the fucking practice day after day works for everyone, but most people would rather tell themselves that they just don't have the talent and give themselves the license to give up under that excuse because it's easier than putting in the work and just tanking how uncomfortable it feels. and i get that it feels hard and uncomfortable, it really does. i hate practicing piano. but i love being able to play piano. i hated voice training but i love having a female passing voice. gotta put in the work if you want to have the results.
>>
>>43237005
if you don't look like a woman, voicetraining doesn't matter unless you want to be seen/treated like a faggot instead of a normal straight man
>>
>>43238131
if you're clocky your voice is the difference between passing and not passing
>>
>>43237005
I've voice trained for a few years to the point I no longer react with my original voice and I can't remember how to make it. It really is a never ending process though, still lots of work to do but I'm happy enough..
>>
>>43237282
>i've heard so many trannies say that "voice training doesn't work for me" as if it's something that could magically work for some people but not others,
Its definitely harder or easier for someone us, like I have a friend who's like 16 years in shes voice trained and couldn't voice pass until vfs and still trains to change it more, meanwhile mine passed in like a month of practice and I've never tried again. But yeah most people just don't out in effort
>>
>>43237282
tbhon a few years ago it was kinda understandable, the options for voice training materials kinda sucked but like 2 years ago a lot of new stuff sprung up. not rlly an excuse anymore
>>
>>43238141
yeah, but that's just like tipping a balanced scale. if your voice is clocky, then wearing makeup and womens clothes would also probably make the difference
>>
>>43238266
no because lots of women just look weird but cis women don't have clocky voices
>>
>>43238289
that's a good point. maybe you're right
>>
>>43237005
I cri cause I have no idea how to do it
>>
>>43237005
I live with other people and they will hear this and it will make me uncomfortable
>>
>>43238491
can't you go somewhere else to do it?
>>
>>43238671
no I'm neet and live with my room mates
>>
>>43238774
i did it in my transphobic mom's house.
i sort of mentally offloaded the embarassment of the people who had to deal with my honvoice at the time on them as their problem and it made it mentally easier on me, idk.
>>
>>43237328
same
>>
>>43238774
ask someone if they can help you. make a trans friend and ask her to go somewhere and practice with you.
>>
>>43240005
how is a neet who presumably doesn't leave her room supposed to just make a trans friend
>>
>>43240076
online like everyone else does it's not 2005
>>
>>43238486
watch youtube guides
>>
>>43241299
NTA but all the popular youtube guides are complete shit. They were useless, confusing, unhelpful, and overwhelming to the point where i put off voice training for over a year, They all throw out buzzwords about pulling back your throat into your sarcophagis and wrapping around your larynx or shit like that without explaining what any of the terms mean. Not to mention how cringey and redditor-coded most youtube trans guides tend to be
>>
>>43241335
Fr they all suck + none of them voice pass anyway
>>
>>43241335
kinda how i felt but that one australian vr poisoned reddit one was quite good for someone who has no clue about vocal theory and is quite retarded like me
>>
>>43241827
link
>>
>>43241861
i dont remember her name, but she made her videos in vrchat i think. agp afff but works well
it was something clocky on L but not lilith xd
>>
>>43242139
Luna?
>>
>>43242139
lilly contino
>>
>>43241335
so get some tranny friends to help u
>>
It is awful listening to myself. And it doesn't seem to get better. And it doesn't seem like I'll ever have a voice I consider beautiful. But the most frustrating part is that when I do share my voice training attempts with other trans people looking for tips they think I'm not even trying. I couldn't be trying harder.
