I rotate between 4 quadrants on my tummy and I can still feel scar tissue formingalso do you need to switch needles between drawing and injecting? and if you do why do they tell you to draw with a thicker needle? wouldn't that just further the risk of coring your vial? (and also make it so you need to buy more needles since you'd need to buy 2 different types of needles)
Needles are cheap. I use two because the 25g one blunts a bit just using for drawing. I also inject in my upper thigh fat because my tummy has surgical scarring

Once it is pierced, it doesn't matter if it's from a large needle or a slightly smaller one. Either way, you are repeatedly piercing it. If you're fine with drawing with a small needle, that is fine. But you should absolutely still switch needles afterwards, even if it's of the same gauge, if you aren't already. It's less sterile (barely) and dulls the needle (majorly) if you don't.Needles are cheap, it's worth it.
