i have semaglutide and T3 (to induce hyperthyroidism) but i've been extremely hesitant to take them.

should i do this naturally? i do want to lose weight and get down to 132-138lbs. let me know how i can achieve this.
>>
>>43242276
i've found monodiets helpful or trying to maximize your protein as much as you can to make yourself feel fuller with less calories.
>>
>>43242276
My measurements & weight are almost identical to yours. Do not lose more weight. It won't look good for you, I promise. Your target weight should be more like 160lbs, which should be achievable over time and work out well if youve had good levels for awhile
>>
>>43242320
i feel as if a diet like that wouldn't help me lose muscle mass bc protein satiates muscle and maintains it
>>43242336
i'm scared to gain weight and have diagnosed bdd which makes it significantly worse when i try to gain weight, my levels are also good and have been for almost 15mo
>>
>>43242276
>i have semaglutide
I was litterally just sitting here thinking how much I love wegovy.
I lost 50kg natty, which is a good feel, but why torture yourself when the peptide can do all the heavy lifting?
>>
>>43242276
just drink coffee for breakfast and lunch
>t. steady 18.5-19 bmi my whole life
>>
>>43242430
If I were you, I would recommend doing a lot of cardio so you don't completely atrophy your butt/thighs/legs
>>
>>43242276
I usually drink an ensure in the morning and have some chocolate or nuts then have one proper meal in the evening.
t. 6'2 132 lbs
>>
>>43242336
shut up you stupid bucket crab. in 6' and 160 and I still could lose a few
>>
>>43244289
fuck off. anamoding isnt a good healthy thing. it doesnt help people pass better and it'll be worse in the long run too. sorry youre unhappy with your issues, i guess.
>>
>>43244428
Nta but her lowest target of 132 isn’t even enough to count for anorexia. 18.9 bmi, still in the healthy range.
Being 160 would probably look terrible on her.
>>
>>43242276
>to induce hyperthyroidism
Imagine this level of retardation
>>
>>43244428
ur just a fat fetishist. I could be 140 and still a healthy weight. OP could go to 130. Im not telling her to start purging lol

hence why i haven't done it
>>43244509
i think so as well, this was me at 140 a month ago, i think 6-9lbs off would look good if i don't lose to much fat in the process
>>
>>43244594
Tbdesu you look fine now but if you wanna lose 6-9 lbs, go for it.
Any lower and you’d be medically underweight though. Just don’t spiral and you’ll be fine.
>>
>>43244544
>recommends somebody do cardio
>recommend she gains weight to
>recommend to stay within the healthy BMI range for the height
>fat fetishist

oh yeah, totally
>>
My current bmi is 17, I’m trying to decide if I should keep attempting anamaxxing or not. I think if I continue I could strip the male fat distribution from me but i don’t want to lose my hair or something like that.
>>
>>43245951
Could you post pics so that you can get an unbiased opinion on if you should or not?
>>
>>43244544
160lbs is far below fat fetish range 𐔌՞ ܸ.ˬ.ܸ՞𐦯
>>43245951
>I think if I continue I could strip the male fat distribution from m
honestly doing this for me personally was the best decision i ever made, but it will be in vain if you dont gain some estrogenized fat back.
yeah try not to get malnutrition
>>
>>43244594
That's sort of the limit already for a twink
>>
>>43242276

>>43244594
You're not a cis woman. Losing weight will not reveal a curvy skeleton underneath. You are literally just showing off what you probably dislike about yourself more.
>>
>>43246008
its actually kinda sad seeing that (no offense) the body pics are quite masculine in shape, when op could look soo soo much more feminine if she was just at a normal weight
>>
>>43246017
It is sad and unhealthy. ESPECIALLY that she is considering peptides like GLP-1, which will positively be a fast track to the hospital for a tall, slim woman like her
>>
>>43246017
oof. i might not gain then, i haven't been told my frame is masculine though. what make it look that way? i thought i kinda had hips and a relatively decent waist for being on hrt only a year

also my bmi is like 20 i think, is that unhealthy?
>>
>>43245984
>>43246008
yeahs i don't think i'll lose the weight in that case, i think my bdd is doing a LOT rn
>a normal weight
what would a normal weight be?
>>
>>43246055
you need fat for estradiol to do anything. Gain a little rather than lose more. You can cycle down and back up in a couple years
>>
>>43246055
its not masculine like MAN its just masculine like twink instead of woman (•́ ᴖ •̀)
i dont think your shoulders are very wide, but you are in need of more hip fat, your waist is good.
>also my bmi is like 20 i think, is that unhealthy?
ya but bmi is fucked for tall people especially tall girls, you do look very thin even though your bmi is considered normal, i think u should gain a little weight since youre already a year on hrt it should be all feminine fat :p

Ik that you all probably think you’re helping but if anything you’re probably making OP’s body image issues worse.
I don’t think you all quite understand what a “masculine in shape” body is. THIS is what a skinny person with a masculine skeleton looks (not me btw) like NOT this >>43244594
Your perceptions of what is curvy and what isn’t is skewed from your fat fetishism. Compare what I’ve posted to what she’s posted. There is clear definition between her ribs, waist, and hips, her ribs are relatively small for someone born male, overall I would say this frame is feminine.
>>43246065
20, by definition, IS a normal weight. At this point whether you lose or gain is your personal choice.
But being honest with you, gaining weight is a crapshoot for whether you end up looking good or not and the results are very much out of your control. You COULD end up being a one in a million fertility goddess, but odds are you’ll just leave your body looking and feeling way worse than before, with it taking a substantial amount of time and effort just to get you back to where you once were.
So, what do you think? What’s it gonna be?
>>
i think for you, a 25bmi would be considered normal range, instead of like 20
>>
>>43246055
20 is slightly overweight

>>43245969
Sorry but no. But I am 47 kg, 166cm and my bmi is 17. My waist circumference is 26 inches.
>>
>>43246079
glowies in 2026 blend in so well.
>lets get all trannies to make their most masculine features incredibly obvious
>>
>>43246076
i have pio which i've thought about cycling, i may try that. and what you said about having a twink body is true and i see it unfortunately. i'll put some thought into gaining weight esp if i start pio
>>
>>43246088
20 bmi is NOT overweight, 20bmi is lean. you are underweight, please gain weight jesus christ
>>
>>43246088
20 is a very healthy and normal BMI. You're underweight, probably ugly as sin and larping until proven otherwise. Nobody cares about your waist circumference and weight if you have wide bony shoulders and ribs and a sunken face and low energy all the time
>>
>>43246102
thats smart, pio works best if youre in a calorie surplus, i hope it goes well for you <3
from what i can see u have a good base to start off so u should mog
>>
>>43246099
>>masculine features
Ok like what? Point out to me the “masculine features” of her frame.
What are you gonna say? Her ribcage? Her hips? Her waist?
Then take a good look at the pic I posted and see if you can honestly defend calling any of those her “masculine” in comparison to that.
You’re just making her feel bad about herself. I’m not the one pushing some one size fits all cure-all for literally everyone.
>>
>>43246079
i may just maintain for a bit and see what pio does, im def very afriad to gain weight but if pio will give me a fem shape through cycling i'll do it
>>
>>43246116
>I’m not the one pushing some one size fits all cure-all for literally everyone.
me either lol, i just think it would make her alot prettier.
i very often tell people to lose weight if its necessary
>>
>>43246109
I’m underweight but at least I have less moid fat. 20 is most definitely slightly on the chubby side.
>>
>>43246120
if it stressed you too much you can gain a small amount and lose it later on, but i think seeing that change and having it (most likely) go to your hips would be very beneficial :p
>>43246124
literally go back to edtwt ur schizo
>>
>>43246055
>i thought i kinda had hips and a relatively decent waist for being on hrt only a year
you do idk what these idiots are talking about. extremely jealous.

i agree you dont need to lose weight but if you want to just count calories and eat less than maintenance. 10k steps. it really works. i would focus on composition over weight. work out lower body while reducing fat but not eliminating it means you have thicker scaffolding on legs but thinner layer of fat which means bigger bottom with smaller waist.
>>
>>43246326
>you do idk what these idiots are talking about. extremely jealous.
im not being jealous or mean .·°՞(っ-ᯅ-ς)՞°·.
i had hips a little like hers maybe little bigger when i was skinny, but gaining weight has given me so much more, and a much more feminine figure in general, i just owe it to help people get that some outcome i did when its so possible
>>
>>43246337
i just think the measure of feminine figure is subjective and yours is a bit off the norm
>>
>>43246326
thank you i'll take your advice into account :)
>>43246337
i appreciate your advice a ton and i'm not offended at all, so thank you as well <3

Embrace the Irish potato famine diet for half a year, and then assess if you want to continue
>>
>>43245951
what is your wrist size? you need to know that to know your frame size. if its small then you can take 10% off standard weight range so lower bmi might not be as harmful.

Not them but what does wrist size even tell you? Ive never heard of that.
>>
Its 10 pounds. you can loose at least 2 pounds per week by not eating over 200-500 calories a day and going on the treadmill for an hour. I dont understand why you would need semaglutides or anything if you arent trying to loose 30+ pounds in a month and a half.

Ive gone from 125 to 80lbs in around 3 months with just this when I was anamaxing myself. You're also taller than me so it would be extremely easy for you without any peptides. Short ver - Just starve urself no need for anything else.
>>
>>43250593
looks like yours are 5.8" the same size as mine, your frame is under bottom 1%ile for amabs. it means you are smaller and lighter no matter your height, so less bone, less muscle needed, less fat etc. so you're healthier at lower weights than bmi based on height alone would suggest.
>>
>>43242276
iterally just get down to 14% and stop, anything under that is going to make your face less fem. RETARD
>>
i ended up injecting myself with sema, we will see how it goes
>>
>>43252919
8 pounds isnt even that much lol just eat a little bit less.
>>
Anorexia is horrible. I was discharged from ed services last year and I still can't eat a meal some days
>>
>>43253095
i only plan to run it for 4 for weeks :p and hopefully figure out how to maintain a lower weight. i'm low dosing myself
>>
>>43253177
well make sure you dont develop actual anorexia it really is bad.
>>
fuck i'm so nauseous fuckkkk
>>
>>43242276
REALLY useful caffeine pills (really helpful at high doses, low doses it just makes you less sleepy), any sugar free carbonated drink (a lot of it)

decrease the size of your meals. this is overall better than changing what you eat; get used to fewer and smaller meals. for changing what you eat, mainly cut out major calorie stuff that'll make a big impact with less changes (fats specifically) plan something out to replace the time you would otherwise be eating in so you don't eat out of boredom/habit. even delaying a meal is good.

i do not recommend diet foods. you are less satisfied with less because you think you should be less satisfied, you're just used to eating more, it's more placebo than anything. though i can suggest things like microwaved sweet potato with salt (salt is important for satisfaction) and baking big onion/potato casseroles particularly can be quite helpful
>>
>>43250187
15cm wrist size
>>
>>43242276
You know you can lose 5-10lbs in a month or two of diet and exercise? This seems like a pretty extreme measure to take for an easily accomplished goal.
>>
>>43242276
gay 6'3 145 by existing
eat less fatass
