Apartment buildings with a "free stuff" table in the lobby. Even in very urban neighbourhoods all the way downtown.There was dead raccoon on the street a decade back. Random people started adding more and more decorations to it as the days went on and city hadn't picked it up. Became a bit of a local meme. We put up a plaque to memorialize it last year.Kinda sad that some cities don't have joy in their hearts like this.
