Idk if it makes a difference but i had lots of muscle atrophy for 3 years then started building again so they kinda feel more like girl muscles if that makes sense. as far as routine i do 3 upper body days a week and 2 lower. upper is split between upper, pull day, and push day. pull day is back + triceps and push is biceps and shoulders. i usually skip chest cause im scared of getting a big man chest. leg day i mostly do squats, rdls, and then whatever else. it doesnt really matter as long as you're hitting all ur muscle groups in a week and you can focus more on whatever specific areas you want. the biggest thing for gaining muscle is your diet. to gain muscle you need to be in a calorie surplus and eat a shitton of protein, like 100g/day or so. if you're fat you can gain muscle while losing weight so a calorie deficit.

I mostly just eat shrimp and salmon. i also like to make tofu dishes sometimes just cause i love asian food. when it comes to protein shakes it doesn't matter, whatever you find tastes the best cause some of them are downright nasty. personally i like the chocolate premier protein powder. also rice+beans is kinda crazy too, i eat that for lunch every day. beans have a decent protein content and rice has some too. beans are also high in fiber which is good for ur health in general.

The effects of trying to build muscle after a decade of HRT is crazy, I'm still so crazy weak.
