Of course. Everyone can change their bodies to their liking while being CIS. A woman going to the gym is still cis, despite building muscle that men do. A man doing skin care is still CIS, despite it being seen as a womanly thing to do. A person who took HRT and now likes how they look, is now comfortable in their skin.
