is it worth getting clavicle reduction? or should i wait till its more advanced? should i get rib removal?

I had an similar build like you pre hrt.
After 6 years hrt, weight cycling and going to the gym my body passes. I have an hourglass now.
Are you on hrt? Have you tried weight cycling and gymmaxxing?

For surgerys I would avoid clavicle because it isn't there yet and will just mess with your posture. I would try ribxcar and see what the results are

Ribxcar looks really uncanny most of the time. I wouldn't bother without also getting the upper ribs reduced.
