As a cis male on HRT i went on it to avoid twink death. Pretty pleased with that. But I didn't think that the psychological changes were real... I cry a lot easier and get scared more often... and its easier to empathize with people and feel emotions in general... im sorry femoids i didn't get it until now....
The emotional changes aren't real unless you have super yo-yoing estrogen levels
