As of right now, I'm not getting any physical activity. I think my muscles are atrophying a bit, but pretty soon I think I'm going to start going on walks so I can start pio (finally got it)
I feel like my weight has redistributed a bit but I haven't really been gaining, just maintaining weight but having proper levels has been enough for me. Finally starting progesterone again after starting with it... might have something to do with it or I might be crazy. Anyone else have experience with prog and weight cycling?

but the constant throughout it all is chocolate milk, i chug sm a day i love it, like 4 litres atleast
i used to also binge eat chocolate to gain and im doing that again now desu :p
my bf taught me how to push myself so eating any food in general i can have big binges of it

I do try to drink whole milk everyday though not as much as that. I usually have a cup or 2 with cereal or have it with smoothies that I put 3 scoops of protein in and have mixed fruit with it. maybe I need to push myself more though I've never heard of advice like that, I'll try it out since I'm gonna have the chance to really focus on it for a little over a week. Maybe its because of my bf that I view it as more of a bulk then getting fat? He does workout a lot and focuses on stuff like that and get caught up in other things and just need to really sit down and focus on eating?
