Fellow tgirls or tguys who lost all of their family and friends from coming out. How do you cope with the abandonment issues?

Just chalk it up as their loss and move on. I used to dwell on the fact that a few of my relatives don't agree with me transitioning (as if it were their choice) and so I just said screw it and cut them off. Haven't looked back, life has been a lot less dramatic with them around
