Fellow tgirls or tguys who lost all of their family and friends from coming out. How do you cope with the abandonment issues?

Thanks for the tip I'll try this one out!! ^^

Just chalk it up as their loss and move on. I used to dwell on the fact that a few of my relatives don't agree with me transitioning (as if it were their choice) and so I just said screw it and cut them off. Haven't looked back, life has been a lot less dramatic with them around

i cope by obsessively focusing on/addressing my appearance and self harming when i'm too frustrated by having no one sometimes. this makes me even more worthless to people though so dont do this. try and get friends wherever you can find them, and never mention a single bad thing about yourself, because they'll leave you if you do, it'll help. they'll stay if you're always focused on them and never complain about anything

Traditionally the gay thing to do is create a new family out of a rag tag group of likeminded gay individuals you meet along the way.

It helps that I didn't really have a relationship with my immediate family anyway
