I hiked 3 hours yesterday. You start by walking down a moderate hill to a creek and it looks like you are going around the creek and then you find out why. The creek has an escarpment running along it and there's mini-sandstone cliffs of 10 ft or so next to the creek that you would have to scale down to get to the other side of the trail, the trail crosses the escarpment where it narrows down to 4 ft or so but its still a sit and jump down or go around momentthen the trail narrows and you are in a rhododendron jungle and you follow the creek to the top of a 100 ft waterfall that you can hear in the gorge down below, but not see without getting too close to the edge, around the gorge are vertical walls of sandstonethen you head slightly uphill through a very narrow overgrown path along the edge of a larger gorge carved out by this tiny (1 ft wide) creek until you get to a narrow set of steps that take you optionally to the bottom and to to bottom of the waterfall (skipped that, burning hot day), then finally there's a series of 3 overlooks with stone and wood railings overlooking the main river, which is dammed and pretty low (no rain)so now im sore and need to get back to sleep or go out and do some easy overlooks
