Lots more I could talk about.Well, could you describe it? I have sadomasochist and have no empathy but people still describe me as a good person. You just have to make a conscious choice to create shame withing yourself for not having emotions strong enough to overturn your lack of humanity. It's a lot like autistic masking. I can usually keep it hidden except when I watch people get hurt or die I can't control the fact that I get really excited and in a good mood. Staying away from thsoe situations helps a lot with deprogramming the response cycles. Anyways, does that resonate with you? If not, could you describe your feelings a little more?

I feel some shame for this but again, if it makes things better for me than the shame makes things worse, I'll do it. its all just net positive vs net negative. Thats what it all comes down to. This very rarely backfires and hurts them or me, and people are so enthralled with how nice and personable I am that even when i admit and spill all the beans, they dont believe that I am like this.
