It's just your magical thinking. Nothing about OCD is paranormal, there is no malevolent force at play here. It all may seem very real though. It is the only way for your brain to cope with overwhelming anxiety caused by whatever trauma you've experienced. There is only one way out of it - drop the religious thinking, purge it all out. Become a fedora atheist if you must. The hardest part is to grind through the actual nightmares and hallucinations without slipping back into your delusions.
