How do you get fit as a considerably depressed (major depression) transbian (men won't help me because I wont fuck them, women wouldnt help me because they dont help anyone) with adhd (bad executive function, extremely muted habit formation), nihilistic outlooks and an eating disorder (stress/boredom eating) oh and lets not forget im an ugly fat tranny (anxiety being around cis people in gyms)

>>43302931everything you have listed as blocks are individually massive problems unto themselves. honestly i would work on depression and adhd symptom mitigation before getting fit, as if you don't address those exercising will be extremely hard and you will be likely to fall off the wagon even if you do get a good routine up. pick one habit you want, a small one, and start integrating that slowly. alternatively pick one thing to fix and work on that until it is complete.if it takes you a month to get marginally better, that's how it is. if you do things consistently and then forget for a bit, that's how it is. try again when you remember.i have adhd as well and depression, but using this method i have been able to get my life to a manageable point. i am nowhere where i want to be, but for now i accept that i am still exiting a very harsh time of life and the fact i wake up every morning is enough blessing.

The main reason you have gained so much weight is because you eat too many calories/day. in order to lose weight you need to limit how many calories you are eating in a day, i.e dieting. the amount you need to eat will depend on your current height/weight/activity level but for example im around 6'0", 155 pounds, and exercise a moderate amount and i need to eat around 2000 cal a day with to maintain that weight. so if i theoretically wanted to lose weight (like 1-2 lbs/week) i would eat only 1600/1500 calories a day. you can get a calorie tracking app as that could help you keep an eye on how much you're eating. if you keep forgetting to do it (the adhd) then you could set an alarm on ur phone telling you to input ur shit in the app.>eating disorderone thing that helped me with binge eating was just not buying any snacks at the grocery store. that way when i was feeling hungy i would have nothing to eat. but being hungy sucks. so the solution for me was to find a low calorie snack that i still enjoyed. i ended up going with blueberries but you can go with whatever you like thats only gonna be 50 cal or less if you snack. another thing that helps is focusing on eating a high protein/fiber diet as it will help you feel full more often despite eating less calories. you may be less inclined to snack if you go with this option.
