I'm a loser ftm tranny (testosterone but no top surgery) and I'm planning on quitting my job for mental health reasons and to take better care of myself and gymmax for a bit. Ive crashed really hard since October last year and just need time to sort myself out. I don't think temporary paid leave is an option despite my employer offering it, we're a tiny team and theyd be unable to hire a replacement as long as I'm on leave. In addition, I hate my current job and feel as if its becoming less moral by the day. I have money saved, enough for at least 2 years of living expenses if it gets really bad, but Im being tols by everyone that IT IS REALLY BAD ALREADY. As in, anyone who cannot get a job in the next few months will be permanently unemployed. All my friends are begging me not to quit my job and to just hang on until I sort myself out. Is this just dumb fearmongering or is it true?
