I've suffered from gender dysphoria for a very big portion of my life. Up until now I've had severe gender dysphoria. I was able to beat it and somehow overcome it but I can still feel its shadow

I was thinking of getting married and having kids since I was able to read it. I want to seal the coffin
I'm afraid that it might be genetic and my kids would also have gender dysphoria and I don't want to give birth to people with gender dysphoria. I don't wish this upon anyone I'm afraid that the marriage might not hold up because of my dysphoric past and habits that I have developed due to the years of gender dysphoria

At the same time right now I have dreams of having my own children and playing with them and teaching them and taking care of them.

Yes this is the same for me too. This is what took me soo long to decide to start hrt.

It actually breaks my heart that I have closed the door on having children but perhaps it just isn’t meant to be.

I don’t really know what to do with my life after I transition. Live skint and save up money for surgeries and then what……

Although with that being said, I do always have the option of freezing my sperm but coming off of hrt would be too detrimental to my mental health
