long story short I detransitioned over self hatred / perfectionism and now I'm starting hrt again and it's destroying my life. I'm quickly losing motivation for all the cope activities I filled my life with. Full panel blood test for vitamins your metabolism is altered by hrt. Stop taking spiro if you are taking it. Make sure your e levels are in normal female range (>200). Take progesterone if over 1 year on hrt, it has emotional benefits that replace those you'd be getting on testosterone. Make sure you leave the house at least once daily or at least spend several hours in a room with natural lighting. Eat more than 1200 calories per day, 8 hours of sleep in the darkness, etc.
