Ozempic just gives you the opportunity to eat heathy through severe constipation and being queasy af all the time. You could literally just eat heathy and have the same effect. I was on it and could only eat salad to avoid constipation but I really didn't lose much because I'm a foodie and enjoy life much better enjoying food and being fat.
