I find your post disgusting. I play support because its usually the most involved role, you have to consider a lot and balance resources well and in some instances it can be mechanically very intense too. Especially compared to a DPS role supports feel like it gives me a chance to flex a bit more. I don't play support because I like to heal a big strong man, I play support because I don't trust anyone else to.

Despite the fact that tanks have far more tactical control over the game, which the autists insists they play support for, despite the fact that they contribute far more in assistance to the team, which uwus claim they play support for, neither of these groups play tank. That comes down to decisiveness and responsibility. They'll make fun of DPS but they're no better, they just want to get attention for (number high) and to not take the blame for losing. You can keep trying to frame yourself as a martyr but that's just part of the fantasy.

Tanks control the time and space you play around but supports are the ones that open up plays and enable stuff happening within that space. I'll frequently carry games with the lowest numbers because I know that my job is to tip the scale of pressure so we are outputting more than we take, and healing is a very small part of that.

The entire party is barely sapient and sometimes even the main tank is basically just a pathing routine. My function is to tell the party that they are mortal and cannot simply faceroll the game, even though that is their goal.
