Dogs do not have responsibilities. Dogs do not have anything they are expected to do other than be dogs. Dogs get away with being vicious or shitting on the floor or any other number of things because "well it's just a dog it doesn't know any better". A lot of people will claim it's about better treatment or about turning your brain off but you can get those experiences without pretending to be a dog. Puppygirls are about wanting to not be held to anything you do, not having to do anything for yourself, just generally being useless and getting infinite free passes but being coddled all the same. Unfortunately I still want to fuck them.

The problem with trying to train people like that to not misbehave is they are still an adult human being and doing the entire thing in order to 'escape' mentally. Unless they are extremely dependent on you they can and will just leave if you try to 'properly' train them in ways or about things that aren't directly pertaining to it being a sexual fantasy.
