My thought is that the community became infected by twitter and discord users, pushing out the actual 4chan users, and then once the discord/twitter people got bored they left in troves, leaving the board basically in a dead state. Also 4chan culture now is so popular that even boomers use the fucking frog meme, its normie tier shit, and I dont want to talk to normies.
