Im wondering if it would be worth it to fill out and gain maybe 10 pds of fat pre hrt(i was blessed with a 25'' waist as a male for some reason so i should be ok)

just so I can fill out since i went from being an underweight starving child to being average weight but lean so ive never had a lot of fat on me tbhon

but i also wanna get rid of this muscle on my upper body since it would push my bideltoid down to a 15 and make me look smaller obv

idk apparently weight cycling is shitty and doesnt work so maybe ill just die

I ask this because the last time I lost weight i did it by sitting around and simply eating less food and i lost like 10 pds but all it did was eat up the muscle in my butt making it much smaller and a bit flabbier :< 4 months of working out gone just like that

Basically anorexia only kills you, it doesn't reduce your muscle size. It kills you much much faster than it reduces your muscle size.

Being a lazy shit is the key to muscle wasting. So many normal healthy people think if they work harder but don't eat right muscle go away, but if you work hard your body goes, "IMPORTANT! MUST MAINTAIN".

Be one with the basement dwelling neet. Sit around. Eat to maintain weight.
